Terms of Service
The basis for using Telnetix services.
Agreement and orders
These terms apply to services supplied by Telnetix LLC. You must have authority to enter the service agreement and provide accurate contact information. Sending an inquiry does not place an order or reserve capacity. We confirm specifications, availability, price and billing terms in writing before payment.
Service scope
VPS services are self managed unless the written order expressly states otherwise. You are responsible for your software, updates, credentials, content and backups. IPv6-only services do not include a public IPv4 address. Network compatibility should be checked before ordering.
Payment and renewal
Charges, billing periods and applicable taxes are specified in your confirmed order. Keep contact and payment information current. Contact us before renewal to cancel. Nonpayment may result in suspension or termination after notice where practical.
Acceptable use and suspension
You must comply with applicable law and our Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict service to address abuse, security threats, nonpayment or legal requirements. Urgent threats may require action without advance notice; contact support to discuss a restriction.
Data and termination
Maintain independent backups. Cancellation or termination may remove server data and release assigned addresses. Arrange data export before the agreed termination date. Do not treat provider storage as your only copy.
Responsibility and disputes
Services are provided according to the confirmed order. No uptime, loss protection or fitness guarantee is created by marketing material. To the extent permitted by law, Telnetix is not responsible for indirect losses or issues caused by customer software or third parties. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Raise disputes with contact@telnetix.net so we can seek a resolution.
Changes and contact
