Acceptable Use Policy
Keep the network safe for everyone.
Lawful use
Use services only for activity permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for rights to the content you store or transmit. Illegal exploitation material, fraud, malware distribution and infringement are prohibited.
Network integrity
Do not perform unauthorized access, attacks, credential theft, phishing or unsolicited bulk messaging. Do not run open relays or services that facilitate abuse. Security testing requires permission from the owners of every affected system.
Shared resources
Use CPU, storage and network resources within your confirmed allocation. Sustained activity that harms other customers may be rate limited or reviewed. Ask support before running workloads with unusually high sustained resource demand.
Reports and enforcement
Report suspected abuse to admin@telnetix.net with the relevant address, timestamps and evidence. We review reports and may request remediation, restrict access or terminate service for serious or repeated violations. Where practical, customers may respond to the report before further action.
