Access, correct or remove your information.
Make a request
Email admin@telnetix.net using the address associated with your inquiry or service. Describe the information or action requested. Requests may concern access, correction, deletion or other rights available under applicable law.
Identity and response
We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity and authority. Do not send identity documents until requested through an agreed channel. We respond within applicable legal time limits and explain any lawful restriction.
Service data
You control the content you place on your virtual server. Export it before cancellation. Requests concerning account records are separate from requests to remove server data. Some billing, security or legal records may need to be retained.
